Last seen by husband on 3/23/2006 at about 0600 hours. Frances never arrived to work for her afternoon shift at a local restaurant. Frances' vehicle was found abandoned in the Wal-Mart parking area during the early morning hours of 3/24/2006. There has been no contact with the female since that time.
