He was moving back to Rochester, N.Y. from San Diego on July 20, 1998. He was driving a green 1985 Oldsmobile
Station Wagon with N.Y. plates. The car was found at 1100 Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach, CA. Apparently there
since 7-21 98 and towed on 7-26-98. A ticket to Disneyland was found in the car dated 7-20-98. Last whereabouts
seem to be between Disneyland and Laguna Beach.

Bill was spotted August 3rd outside a McDonald's in Fontana, California asking for money to eat. He appeared
to be confused/disoriented.
