Magdalene Home exists to give homeless teen girls and young women who are pregnant, parenting, or considering adoption a safe and supervised place to live. Providing physical, emotional, educational, and spiritual support. Our dedicated housemothers provide individual guidance to each girl by removing barriers and helping her achieve goals in the areas of physical/emotional wellbeing, education, job training, parenting education, life skills, and healthy relationships.

It is essential that residents are equipped with the tools needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle before they leave Safe Haven. To this end, Safe Haven offers hands-on opportunities to learn about healthy meal planning and prep, nutritional needs, and exercise. Residents even have the chance to grow their own food.

Each woman receives birthing and parenting classes, assistance in connecting with adoption options, various life skills classes, assistance with prenatal and medical doctor appointments. We facilitate their enrollment in the local school district to finish high school or earn a GED, finding employment, and researching suitable housing. The home is covered 24/7 with skilled staff.
